How to convince your principal to approve a club?
i wanted to start an archery club at my school but my principal rejected the idea and said it was too dangerous and that it might be a little unfeesable. But i say the JROTC (army class people) doing it and they were having some fun.Also i didnt want to join JROTC just for archery so what do i do to build up a strong case to convinve my principal to approve?
I would get all the facts that I could first so that you are very informed on the subject. Find some adults who are interested in archery to help you present your case. Gather up friends who are also interested in having the club. It might be an insurance matter for the school, so it might be out of the Principal's hands. Go on line and search other high schools to see which ones have archery and e-mail them and ask their principal to help provide info for your school. Good luck!!! If you can't get it approved, maybe some parents would be willing to help organize a club after school that wouldn't be affiliated with the school.
