Shortlisting a tennis racket for a beginner?

I have recently started to play tennis.. so i do not have too much knowledge about the factors that go into selecting the right rackets. But I'm planning to buy one and after some research on the web... I found a few models that are aimed at beginners like Wilson KZero and One.Fx and Head Crossbow 4/10.
Does any one know about how these rackets are for beginners? Are there better rackets that I should be looking at?
Any suggestions would be helpful.

Also how can I avoid the arm pain...

beginners don't need K factor racquets. start off with ProKennex. its a good brand especially their technology is proven by a MIT professor, which prevents tennis elbow. most important is to restring your racquet no matter what kinda racquet u buy. this is because the string given to you when you buy is mass produced string which sucks. try stringing 45~50lbs. you will love the feel and lesser tension = less vibration=less arm pain. less tension provides more power so you can concentrate on proper strokes. using a high tension at beginner wont help you much even though it says it provides better control, only professional players can feel that difference.
